Practice Setting

Schedule
- Part-time: Mondays 7am-12pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays 12pm-5pm
- Work 1-3 days weekly with no meal breaks required
- No long-term commitment; ongoing PRN potential
Cases and Procedures
- Preventive, acute, and episodic care
- Patients ages 2+, <10% pediatrics
- No procedures required
Requirements
- Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Kentucky license required
- BLS and DEA certifications
