Clinical Manager - Specialty

Join a supportive healthcare team focused on patient- and family-centered care. Clinical Manager (RN) overseeing specialty nursing areas; full-time day/evening shifts; worksite: Memorial Healthcare System, Florida; permanent role. Department-specific credentialing required; monitor and manage clinical operations, staffing, quality, and patient safety. - Two (2) years nursing experience - RN license - ONCC Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider certificate for chemo RNs - ACLS for ICU/ED/PACU/Endo/Tele/OB/MHN Pre-Op/Specialty Procedural areas (new RNs have 6 months to obtain) - PALS for pediatric areas (except NICU) - Fetal Monitoring certification (NCC or AWOHNN) for L&D RNs

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communications skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: Two (2) years nursing experience. Other Information: *** Department specific credentials - See below- ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate Required for those RN's administering chemotherapy.- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op and Specialty Procedural areas.- PALS required for Pediatric areas with the exception of NICU.
