Hot Need Mobile Physician to do Adult-Geri in Central/Western, CT and Westchester County/Bronx, NY Certified to see Medicare and Medicaid patients, ISNP or SNF experience preferred, reliable mode of transportation.

Highlights

• Mon-Fri; 8AM-5PM. This is strictly a travel role.
• Provider will be covering central and western CT(Harford, Middletown, Farmington, Bloomfield, New Britain, Danbury, Bridgeport, Milford, etc) and Westchester County/Bronx area of NY(must be dual licensed).
• Visiting SNF and ISNP facilities in these areas as well as virtual visits.
• Geriatrics, consider "advanced" primary care as these patients are dealing with multiple medical issues.
• Prefer candidates with background in Geriatrics, SNF, or ISNP.
• Would also prefer that the provider is based in the Central/Western area of CT.
• Malpractice Paid
• Paid Weekly
