Join Our Team as a Nocturnist in Troy, NY
We are seeking full-time Nocturnists to join our employed hospitalist group at a well-established facility in Troy, New York. This is a great opportunity to be part of a physician-friendly environment that offers flexible scheduling and strong support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Join an established, directly employed hospital medicine program.
- Participate in running rapids and codes, with ICU providers managing ICU care.
- 12-hour shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, working a 7 on/7 off schedule.
- Manage an average daily census of 15-18 patients per physician.
- Work collaboratively with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Recent graduates working towards Board Certification and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Note: Not open to Locum candidates or Visa Candidates.
- Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified, with no lapsed Board Certification accepted.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- New York state medical license (or willingness to obtain).
- DEA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Clean malpractice/license history is highly preferred.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified.
- New York State License.
- DEA Certification.
