- Join 1 Fulltime OBGYN
- Facility averages 180 Annual Deliveries
- Productive and stable GYN practice
- Located in a newly built, 40K square foot clinic - "Nothing like it in East Kentucky"
- Minimally invasive procedures (No Robot)
- Advanced practice provider support
- 1:2 Call - Low volume - Hospital prioritizes work life balance and will help with situational coverage as needed
- Flexible Schedule - Ideally 4 day weeks, but can adjust per provider preference
- For example, rotating 4 day weekends (bi-weekly)
- Week A: Clinic M, T, W, TH (cover call M-Sun)
- Week B: Clinic M, T, W (off TH, F, W/E, No call this week)
Compensation:
- Base Salary plus RVU production
- 53/RVU
- Current doc produces around 8200, equating to 440K annual earning
- 15K sign on
- 10K Relocation
- 30 Days PTO
- 3 Days CME with 3,500 allowance

- Can assist with J1 and H1 Visa support
