Radiation Oncology Physician

Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Radiation Oncology
- Proven experience in radiation therapy planning and delivery, including use of linear accelerators such as Varian TrueBeam
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced radiation treatment techniques (e.g., IMRT, IGRT, SBRT)
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems and treatment planning software
- Prior experience in a hospital-based setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Doctorate (MD or DO) in Medical Oncology or Radiation Oncology from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in radiation oncology practice
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work from February 11th, with orientation sessions and scheduled shifts through February 22nd
- Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements
- Flexibility to support on-call duties during specified periods
- Willingness to travel for licensure, certifications, or conferences if required
