Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) provide anesthesia care in a variety of surgical procedures within a modern hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort. This role involves managing anesthesia for diverse surgeries including GI, general surgery, urology, gynecology, pediatric dental, ENT, and orthopedics, often collaborating with specialists and utilizing advanced technology. Compensation Package:
- Base salary: $270K-$290K with productivity incentives up to $60K annually
- Independent contractor option: $350K guaranteed
- $50K sign-on bonus
- CME allowance up to $3,000/year

Requirements:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Open to new graduates or experienced candidates
- Board Certified Pain Certification preferred
