Part-time permanent, 3 clinical days/week with some weekends (≈2 weekends/month) and daytime on-call until 7 PM when off-site. - Board certification: ABIM, ABFM, or Geriatrics - Post-acute care experience required - Willingness to work scheduled weekends and on-call - Eligible to work in Florida (medical license) - Experience with outpatient/long-term/post-acute patient management

IM/FP with Post Acute Care Experience needed in Central Florida Seeking a ABIM, ABFM or Geriatric Physician with Post Acute Care experience to join a large practice in Central Florida. Schedule is 3 days per week; some weekends required (likely twice a month ??? would likely be one weekday worked and two weekend days worked and that would occur twice a month); on call for their patients during the day until 7 pm when not at the facility.
