About the Position

We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician for a 90-day locum tenens opportunity in West Virginia, starting Jan 12, 2026. This assignment features a Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm schedule, with combined inpatient and outpatient practice and 1:4 call rotation, offering a balanced and engaging clinical experience.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; 2 weeks per month; 1:4 call

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Manage general hematology and oncology procedures
• Cover inpatient duties during call weeks
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation
• Deliver evidence-based care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions

Additional Information

• Active West Virginia medical license required
• Board certification in Medical Oncology required
• Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS) certification required
• Experience with general hematology/oncology procedures necessary
