Seeking a board-certified Radiology Physician for urgent coverage (Mar 9-13, 2026) with potential ongoing shifts at a Level 4 trauma facility in Price, UT. Responsibilities include reading ~55 exams/day across X-ray/fluoroscopy, ultrasound, MRI, CT (including Neuro CT and CT Angio), nuclear medicine, and performing/showing experience with special procedures (thoracentesis, paracentesis, joint injections, arthrograms). Requires active Utah medical license (preferred over IMLC), credentialing in ~5 days, support staff provided, competitive hourly pay with weekly pay and malpractice coverage.

This is a Level 4 trauma facility providing comprehensive diagnostic imaging services to the community. The radiology department is equipped with modern technology including X-ray with fluoroscopy, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, MRI, and CT capabilities, supported by Medhost EMR and Infinitt PACS systems.

Job Details:
• Urgent coverage needed for March 9-13, 2026, with potential for ongoing coverage
• Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday
• Read approximately 55 exams daily including ER, inpatient, and outpatient studies
• Interpret X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine, and CT procedures
• General CT and Neuro CT readings required, with CT Angio capabilities
• Experience with MRI interpretation including general, neuro, joints/MSK, and MRA required
• Nuclear medicine interpretation including cardiac function required
• General radiology interpretation including plain films, bone density scans, and fluoroscopic studies
• Ultrasound interpretation required for general, OB, abdominal/pelvis, thyroid, and pediatric newborn
• Special procedures including thoracentesis, paracentesis, joint injections, and arthrogram experience required
• Must have active Utah medical license (preferred over IMLC)
• Board certification required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 5 days once application is submitted
• While interventional radiology skills are not required, they are preferred
• Support staff available to assist
Compensation:
