How you'll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Assist with patient intakes, case management, and discharging patients.
- Prioritizes and organizes delivery of nursing care or patients with advanced wounds, learn the Hyperbaric Chamber, and assist with the healing process.
- Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Documents patient care given.
- Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.

What we're looking for
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year Acute Care Experience, Wound Care
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BCLS required.
