We're seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant who s excited to practice in a post-acute care setting and ready to shape their own schedule. Whether you're an experienced clinician or just starting your journey, this role offers the chance to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact.

• Customize Your Schedule: Choose from full-time (3.5 5 days) or part-time (1 3 days/week) build a rhythm that fits your life.

• Supportive Team Environment: Collaborate with a physician partner and work closely with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to create tailored care plans.

• Patient-Focused Practice: Deliver comprehensive primary care and manage both acute and chronic conditions in a post-acute inpatient setting.

• Minimal On-Call: Daytime only, Monday Friday no nights or weekends.

• Active New Mexico NP/PA license

• FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA certification

• DEA (preferred but not required)

• A strong desire to deliver compassionate, whole-person care
