This established medical clinic serves Ely (population 3,724) and a service area of approximately 8,500 residents. The facility features a tight-knit team of 5 Family Medicine physicians, 1 Advanced Practice Clinician, and 16 additional staff members. The clinic utilizes EPIC electronic medical records and provides comprehensive care in a collaborative environment.

Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

This is a unique opportunity for a Family Medicine physician looking for work-life balance in one of the most breathtaking places on earth. The position offers a 0.6-1.0 FTE role that combines both clinic and hospital work in a supportive team environment.

Job Details:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine required (No OB)
• Inpatient/Outpatient practice with opportunity to do ER shifts
• Standard clinic hours of 8AM-5PM
• Call rotation is 1:5 with call days from 8AM-6PM in clinic
• Phone coverage for admissions overnight
• Weekend call typically runs 8AM Friday to Monday
• Average of 22-24 patient visits per day
• Work as a leader of a Care Team, collaborating with other healthcare team members
• Utilize established care processes to achieve patient care objectives
• Provide continuity of care for patients and families

Compensation:
