BE/BC Otolaryngologist (ENT) — Permanent, full-time; Northern Illinois (within 90 minutes of Chicago); community practice with academic appointment and teaching; hospital-based with 15 surgical suites, inpatient pediatric unit, onsite audiology; APP support; quaternary referral network. - Active Illinois medical license - Active DEA license - Board Eligible/Board Certified in Otolaryngology - Experience working with surgical cases and pediatric inpatient care preferred
