Landscaping Assistant - $20.89/HR

Paid hourly at $20.89 with full-time, seasonal and weekend hours in a park setting. Landscaping Assistant role; Day shift 7:00–15:30 (summer 6:00–14:30); on-site at Six Flags park; full-time, ongoing seasonal position; must be 18+. - Minimum age 18 - Available for day shifts and weekends - Able to work outdoors in various weather - Teamwork, self-motivated, multitasking - Must follow company safety and appearance standards

Overview:

Assisting our Full-Time Landscaping Team as they work on the landscaping through our park! Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keeping all turf grass neatly mowed and trimmed
• Watering of plant materials on an as needed basis
• Transplanting of trees, shrubs, groundcovers, and flowers
• Pruning of plant materials
• Pulling weeds throughout the parks
• Spreading mulch throughout shrub beds
• Help with snow removal
• Comply with all Six Flags Safety and Fire responsibilities, policies, and procedures
• Adhere to Park attendance policy as stated in the Six Flags Handbook
• Follow and complete all delegated tasks deemed by management
• Adhere to Six Flags Standards of Appearance

• Minimum Age: 18
• Specific Availability: Day shift (7am-3:30pm) summer hours (6am-2:30pm) and weekends
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
