This opportunity features flexible shift options, including AM, PM, and extended hour shifts, with a weekly schedule of 30-40 hours. The role requires prior urgent care experience and the ability to work independently as the sole provider.

- Schedule: AM shift 8am-4pm; PM shift 3pm-11pm; 8-hour, 12-hour (if available), or 15-hour shifts (8am-11pm); 30-40 hours per week; no specific days guaranteed; provider must be flexible for open and/or closing shifts
Responsibilities and Duties- Manage a broad range of urgent care cases and procedures independently
- Provide patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment as the sole provider on shift
- Ensure all clinical documentation is completed and charts are closed by the end of each shift
- Adapt quickly to the clinical environment with no on-site training provided
Additional Information- Minimum of 2 years recent urgent care experience required
- Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant in Texas
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced, urgent care setting
- Contract is for 3 months and may extend based on client needs
