Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;9 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) forlocum tenens support as they look to fill acurrent need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8a-4:30p and Wednesday 10:30a-7p · Patients per day: 18 · Practice Setting: Wellness Clinic · Scope: Inpatient · Licensure: Michigan state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) · Credentialing Timeframe: one week
