Streamlined Credentialing Process (for qualified candidates): We understand the importance of timely care and will work diligently to facilitate temporary privileges for qualified applicants with a clean history (estimated timeframe of 48 hours). Qualifications: Board-certified in Emergency Medicine is required. Active medical license in Washington (WA) or eligibility for Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) privileges is mandatory. Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, ATLS, and BLS are essential. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an emergency medicine setting is preferred. The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
