We're looking for a passionate and energetic Sous Chef to join the leadership team of one of the most buzzed-about social dining and entertainment venues in the country.
This is not your typical kitchen — think vintage vibes meets tech-driven gameplay, paired with a modern twist on elevated pub fare. Guests come for the immersive experience and stay for the quality food, playful energy, and curated cocktails. Our kitchen plays a central role in delivering the kind of hospitality that keeps the space alive.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day-to-day BOH operations for a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Lead and inspire a team of line cooks and prep staff — hands-on and on the line when needed
- Execute consistent, elevated food presentations that match the playful brand experience
- Collaborate on menu development, daily prep lists, and specials
- Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost in partnership with the Exec Chef
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in a Sous Chef or kitchen leadership role in an elevated casual, scratch-kitchen concept
- Comfortable in a high-volume, experiential environment (think 500+ covers/day)
- Passionate about food and people — you thrive in a team-first kitchen culture
- Strong understanding of kitchen systems, prep execution, and service flow
