- Recruiting both physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to join the practice
- Responsibilities include providing orientation, mentoring, and monitoring the progress of new providers to ensure successful integration
- Core duties encompass supervising IAC team members, managing schedules, attending meetings, ensuring compliance with governing bodies, and providing direct patient care
- Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $125/hour to $150/hour. PLUS, industry-leading benefits. Aadditional leadership stipend available
