Leading psychiatric facility in Des Moines, opened in February 2021. Our state-of-the-art 100-bed facility offers comprehensive in-patient & out-patient psychiatric services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Position is for a full time, employed general psychiatrist for a staff position. Mon Fri work schedule on-site work. Adult case load, In-Patient & PHP settings can see adolescents if desired. Duties include: rounding, admissions, daily care of assigned patients, treatment team participation. Compensation package includes Base Compensation, Bonus Potential, Paid Malpractice Insurance, medical, dental, vision insurances, matching 401k, PTO, CME, Relocation assistance if moving, medical education loan repayment assistance if needed, employee stock purchase program, commencement bonus. This location is not able to support candidates who are on PSLF loan repayment program
