Position Summary:

We are seeking a full-time, dedicated, and skilled APP, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Lung Navigator to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive care to patients of our Lung Program, ensuring coordinated and effective treatment plans. The Lung Navigator will evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to read and assess patient needs and operate medical equipment.
• Frequent verbal communication and auditory comprehension, especially in emergencies.
• Manual dexterity for equipment handling and computer documentation.
• Physical strength for lifting and transferring patients.
• Mobility for walking, transporting patients, and navigating clinical environments.
• May require prolonged standing and occasional driving.
