About the FacilityA health system is seeking a radiologist for locum tenens telehealth coverage.
About the Facility LocationThe facility is located in southern Alabama.
About the Clinician's WorkdayThis tele-radiology role covers CT, MRI, and ultrasound body imaging, with an estimated daily volume of around 40 cases. Coverage is flexible, up to one week per month, with 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and flexible call/weekend schedules. Radiologists will collaborate with multiple colleagues and review resident charts. The position may serve as backfill for current providers, with potential for full-time employment. The site uses Phillips PACS and Powerscribe 360 for dictation, requires approximately 6 weeks of credentialing for a clean file, and prefers fellowship-trained candidates; licensing support is available.
