Job Title: RN – Operating Room (OR)
Location: 3200 Providence Dr, Anchorage, AK 99508
Shift: Day Shift (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
Schedule: 3x12, On-call required, Every Third Weekend
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
AK State RN License required (must be in hand for auto-offer)
Travel experience required
Trauma Level II experience required (Level I preferred)
Experience circulating and scrubbing in a General OR
Strong experience in Orthopedic, Neuro, Trauma, General Surgery, GYN, ENT, Vascular, and Urology cases
Familiarity with robotic surgery (Da Vinci Xi, Mazor preferred)
EPIC EMR experience preferred
Ability to take call and work weekends as required
Required Certifications:
AHA BLS required
ACLS preferred
CNOR preferred
