Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner (APP) Full-Time Permanent Role
We are seeking a dedicated and clinically confident Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a progressive Emergency Medicine team in a newly renovated Emergency Department. This full-time, permanent opportunity is ideal for providers who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients across the acuity spectrum.
Whether you're an experienced Emergency Medicine APP or a recent graduate with a strong background in ER nursing, we welcome candidates who bring clinical acumen, teamwork, and a patient-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to Emergency Department patients in collaboration with the ED physician
- Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
- Manage a wide range of acute presentations and perform procedures as appropriate to scope
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
- Ensure accurate documentation and uphold safety, infection control, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Emergency Medicine experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with national board certification
- Current and unrestricted state license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and clinical judgment skills
- Comfort working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
