A growing precision manufacturer is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all site-level HR functions, support a developing leadership team, and strengthen culture and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role with strong visibility and impact.
HR Manager – What You Will Do
- Lead all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and company-wide standards
- Support talent development, engagement, and retention efforts
- Oversee performance reviews and help drive a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain HR metrics and provide reporting to leadership
- Promote a positive workplace environment and support leadership with day-to-day HR needs
- Contribute to HR-related QMS activities and support continuous improvement
HR Manager – What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred
- A PHR, SPHR, or SHRM CP certification would be beneficial for this role.
- 7 to 10 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting
- Strong generalist background with proven HR Manager or HR Executive experience
- Solid understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience with HR systems, metrics, and data-based decision making
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
- Stable work history with limited job hopping
