We are seeking a Geriatrician for a locum tenens assignment in Florida starting Dec 29, 2025. This is a 60-day opportunity with day shifts, Monday through Friday, serving a community health center patient panel. The role focuses on chronic care, geriatrics, and preventative medicine for older adults.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (First patient 8:30 AM, last patient 4:20 PM)
Responsibilities and Duties- Deliver comprehensive care to geriatric patients in a community health center setting
- Focus on chronic care management and preventative medicine to minimize hospitalizations
- Take time with patients to ensure high-quality, individualized care
- Accurately code and chart patient encounters
- Utilize technology effectively for patient records and communication
- Maintain an organized workflow in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information- Active Florida medical license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Internal Medicine required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- 2-3 years of post-residency experience, including work with chronic care in community health centers
- Experience caring for geriatric patients strongly preferred
