14 operating rooms (1 Hybrid CVOR, 1 Cysto, 12 multipurpose)
1:1 patient assignment
EMR: Meditech
Day shift staffed with 14–16 RNs and CSTs; night shift staffed with 1 RN, 1 CST + call teams (Neuro, CVOR, General)
Requirements:
RN must be able to circulate independently in the OR
Preferred:
CNOR certification
Meditech experience
Ability to scrub (RN who can circulate & scrub is a plus)
