RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
Opportunity:

Job Details:
• Work in a fast-paced 16-bed Progressive Care Unit on the 2nd floor
• Maintain 4:1 patient ratio
• Work with telemetry equipment for cardiac monitoring
• Care for cardiac patients, ER admissions, and post-surgical patients
• Administer cardiac drips including Cardizem, Amiodarone, Primacor, and Dopamine
• Work every 3rd weekend typically
• Day shift includes 4 RNs, PCT, and Unit Secretary support
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
• Telemetry experience required
• Must have strong time management skills for fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and friendly personality required
• Dress code: Navy scrubs
• EMR system utilized
