This position is for a board-eligible or board-certified interventional cardiologist licensed in Virginia to work permanent inpatient shifts. The role involves working half days in a cardiac catheterization lab and the other half in a clinic, seeing 4-5 patients per shift with no on-call responsibilities. The position requires familiarity with Athena and Meditech EMRs and cardiac diagnostic procedures including IVUS, balloon pump, TEE, and stress echocardiography.
