Adult Neurologist, permanent role based in northern Indiana; outpatient clinic plus inpatient consults; typical clinic: 10–15 pts/day; inpatient: ~10–12 patients/month; full-time, permanent position. - Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology - Valid Indiana medical license - Experience performing EEG, EMG and BOTOX administration - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform EEG, EMG, and BOTOX administration
• See 10-15 patients per day in clinic
• Attend to 10-12 hospital patients per month

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
• Valid Indiana medical license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
