The Shift Leader supports restaurant operations by supervising team members, ensuring quality food service, and maintaining Taco Bell standards during shifts. Responsibilities include problem-solving customer complaints, providing feedback, and enforcing safety, cash management, and inventory policies. This role requires leadership qualities to foster a positive work environment and effective communication with the Restaurant Leadership Team.
Hiring at up to $15 per hour for Leadership qualities! You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. You support the Restaurant Leader (RL) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership to solve problems and become part of the solution. You seek help as needed and are willing to help and guide others. Ensure team members complete tasks as assigned and serve safe, quality food with a “Here to Serve” attitude. You help create an environment that Team Members want to work and our customers to visit.
