A Critical Access hospital in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine physician to provide 6-8 shifts per month of single-coverage ER. The provider will manage a broad patient population (all ages) and work in a fast-paced community environment with strong specialty backup, including RT, Teleintensivist, Ortho, Gen Surg, OB/GYN, and CRNA support.

Assignment HighlightsShift Structure: 12-hour shifts
Schedule: 6-8 shifts per month
Patient Census: 15-20 patients per shift on average; up to 25 during busy season

Patient Population: Neonates through geriatrics
Support Staff: RT, Psych, Teleintensivist, Ortho, Gen Surg, OB/GYN, CRNA, and occasional APPs
