Tenet Healthcare and Abrazo Brain & Spine are seeking a Spine Focused Neurosurgeon to join our growing neurosurgery program at the Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, Arizona (part of the Greater Phoenix area). This is a full-time, employed opportunity to become part of a collaborative, high-performing neuroscience team dedicated to exceptional care and strategic growth.
You ll be joining a group that includes:
- 3 experienced neurosurgeons
- 7 hybrid neurologists (inpatient & outpatient)
- 1 interventional neurologist
Our team works in close partnership with hospital leadership and enjoys the support of a seasoned neurosurgery service line director who is focused solely on advancing this specialty.
Position Highlights- Full-time, employed role
- Variable schedule with a mix of 2 3 days/week in clinic and OR
- Shared call responsibilities: 7 10 days/month
- Dedicated PA pool (1 PA per attending) to support both clinic and surgical work
- Collaborative, forward-thinking team with a shared vision for program development
Who We re Looking For- MD or DO with completion of accredited Neurosurgery residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a desire to contribute to program growth
