This position is for a board-certified or eligible anesthesiologist in an Ambulatory Surgery Center providing medical direction to CRNAs during scheduled, outpatient procedures such as GI, spine, and pain interventions. The role offers a predictable daytime schedule without hospital call or inpatient responsibilities, focusing on patient safety and efficiency. This is an ASC-based position ideal for anesthesiologists who wish to stay clinically hands-on while providing medical direction to experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). Enjoy a predictable workflow without the demands of hospital call, nights, or inpatient responsibilities.
Practice Setting- Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment
- 2 Operating Rooms (ORs) + 1 Procedure Room
- Scheduled, daytime cases only
- No required call
- No OB, trauma, or inpatient coverage
- GI procedures (EGD, colonoscopy; advanced GI as volume increases)
- Outpatient spine cases (ASC-appropriate and scheduled)
- Pain procedures (injections, blocks, RFA)
