Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

Required Skills:- Valid medical license in the applicable state
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage a diverse patient population
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, seeing 18-20 patients daily
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Competency in inpatient pediatric and newborn coverage
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency
- Prior experience in a busy clinic environment
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations
Preferred Education and Experience:- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of primary care practice experience preferred
- Inpatient care experience in pediatrics and neonates is advantageous
Other Requirements:- Willingness to work traditional 8 AM to 5 PM hours
- Must be able to provide inpatient pediatric and newborn coverage as needed
- Compliance with all licensure, certification, and travel reimbursement requirements as applicable
Compensation:Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
