LICENSES & CREDENTIALING (REQUIRED)

Active Michigan medical license
Must be local candidate

CERTIFICATIONS & BOARD REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
BLS and ACLS

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Outpatient-only assignment
Ideal for providers available for a short-term locums commitment
