Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift contract requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least one year of recent ICU experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment
- Assignment requires provision of critical care to ICU patients during night shifts
- Social Security Number (non-Canadian) and date of birth are required for consideration
- Applicants must provide references and validation of licensure
- Orientation and support will be provided onsite
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent ICU RN experience
- Current AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications with valid dates
- No certification to expire within the first 30 days of the assignment
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
