- Reporting: Submit completed Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) within 48 hours upon exam completion, focusing on standardized form(s) completion rather than narrative reports.
- Evaluation Process: Utilize the provider portal for efficient completion of evaluations and documentation.
- Record Review: Active participation in record reviews required to maintain comprehensive patient assessments and documentation.
