Family Medicine - OP Only or Traditional 200 Bed Hospital Defined Need Employed Student Support
PRACTICE
Hospital employed structure
Defined need based on size of service area and current FTE's
Can be 100% clinic OR clinic with some inpatient (your choice)
Full-time / some flexibility on weekly schedule / Work Options of 5, 4.5, 3.5 days per week
Office with other primary care physicians and mid-levels
Office space located in MOB
Hospital does 540 deliveries per year
Call coverage
200 Bed Hospital
FINANCIALS
On-going salary plus wRVU bonus
Salary $260K-$300K(50th & 75th), Bonus conversion factor $51
3-yr arrangement
90 day out clause without cause bilateral
Malpractice
Tail coverage
Cover licensing fees
PTO (20 personal days)
CME (One week PTO)
Student Loan support up to $30K per year(no cap)
Sign-on bonus = $30K+
Relocation = $10K+
