Compensation: Average $70,000–$90,000 annually (DOE)

About the Role
We’re seeking passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join a dynamic outpatient team dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll work with a diverse patient population and treat a wide range of conditions including orthopedic and neurological disorders, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, vestibular, concussion, balance, and gait issues.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and adjusting individualized plans of care
- Managing a caseload of 10–12 patients per day (approx. 50 visits/week)
- Documenting progress using Raintree EMR
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Participating in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting
