We are currently seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum tenens position near Sebeka, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified physician to provide coverage in a dynamic emergency department with ongoing shift availability. The facility is located in a rural area with a close-knit community and offers a rewarding work environment.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Near Sebeka, MN
- Shifts: 10-12 shifts per month, 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
- Start Date: ASAP, ongoing with availability for both days and nights
- ER Volume: Approximately 10,000 visits annually
- Support Staff: Includes 2 RNs and a CNA on shift
Key Requirements:
- Board Certification: Preferred, but Board Eligible will be reviewed
- Licensure: Active Minnesota medical license or IMLC accepted
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification
- Specialty Experience: General Surgery or IM/FM with ED experience required
- Background: Clean background and malpractice history is highly preferred
- Availability: Immediate coverage for urgent October dates and ongoing availability
