American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in an outpatient setting, requiring a compact or state license and proficiency with InSync EMR.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient setting in Hobart, IN
- Day shift, 8-hour AM shifts
- 13-week assignment
- Candidates who have worked PRN or perm must be separated for one calendar year to return as a traveler
- Virtual interview process will be required
- Returning employees must meet specific eligibility criteria
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license required; compact license acceptable initially but must obtain full state license if applicable
- At least one professional reference required
- Proficiency with InSync EMR preferred
- SSN required for consideration
