A ProvideLT client in Indiana is currently seeking a Board Certified Occupational Medicine to provide locums coverage ASAP. Will accept Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Assignment schedule is Monday to Friday, 8AM - 6PM, No calls. Will see 25 patients per day and will be required to suture. All outpatient and full clinic support staff. Must have an active IN license and DEA/CSR. Excellent location and great pay!
