Position Highlights
- Groundbreaking Opportunity Be part of the founding team of a brand-new hospital-employed anesthesiology group.
- Diverse Case Mix Work across general surgery, orthopedics, urology, OB, neurosurgery, oncology, and cardiology (TEE & EP).
- High-Volume Practice Over 1,200 surgical cases per month in a fast-paced, well-equipped hospital, with anesthesiologists predominantly doing their own cases.
- Flexible & Manageable Call Choose between different call coverage services to accommodate personal and professional preferences, with post-primary call day off.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary Guaranteed base of $600,000, with total earning potential exceeding $700,000 through additional call.
- Sign-On Bonus $300,000 ($150,000 upon signing, $150,000 at start date).
- Call Pay $2,000 per shift after required call minimum.
- 10 Weeks of PTO Paid annually for work-life balance.
- Malpractice Insurance Tail coverage fully covered after three years.
