Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- Prescribe, direct, and administer treatments or medications to treat psychiatric disorders
- Collaborate with primary care physicians and other providers
- Discuss care plans and progress in collaborative team approach model
- Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results
- Review patient histories and perform physical examinations
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut
- Board Certified/Eligible in Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
