Seeking a board-certified or eligible Internal Medicine physician specializing in Hematology and Oncology to provide outpatient care across multiple clinics in Maryland and Delaware. Position is locum or permanent, Monday–Friday daytime hours with no on-call or weekend duties, requiring state licensure and coordination within multidisciplinary teams. EMR experience, telemedicine familiarity, bilingual skills, and participation in research are desirable; full-time candidates preferred.

Join Our Team as an Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology Physician We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Internal Medicine physician specializing in Hematology and Oncology to provide exceptional outpatient care within a dynamic healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be central to our mission of delivering comprehensive cancer and hematology services across multiple locations. Required Skills: Valid medical license in both states of Maryland and Delaware Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology Proven experience in outpatient hematology and oncology care Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate care effectively within multidisciplinary teams Nice to Have Skills: Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Familiarity with telemedicine practices Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Participation in clinical research or academic initiatives Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in hematology and oncology Prior experience working across multiple outpatient clinics Other Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain licensure and credentials in both Maryland and Delaware Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, outpatient only No on-call duties or weekend work required Candidates preferring full-time employment are encouraged to apply Hourly pay rate: $1.00 Embark on a rewarding career path that combines clinical excellence with meaningful patient interactions.
