Advanced Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of OR experience (RN or Scrub Tech)
Level I Trauma experience preferred
Must be able to function as part of the surgical team and work independently with minimal orientation
Procedures Performed on Unit:
Complex Neuro cases & neuro-navigation
Spine surgery (Neuro & Ortho)
Robotic procedures (Urology, GYN, General Surgery, Bariatrics, Colorectal, Thoracic, ENT)
Minimally invasive & advanced open vascular procedures
Plastics (minor & major)
Cardiac (open & minimally invasive)
Orthopedics (total joints—minimally invasive & open, ortho trauma)
Pediatric cases (minor & major, including pediatric cardiac)
Urology & Gynecology
