A leading medical center in Ocean County, New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist. This position offers guaranteed hours and no on-call responsibilities.

About the Opportunity

Schedule:

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• No on-call requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for surgical cases including:
• Pediatric dental
• General surgery
• Orthopedic
• Urology
• Work independently on solo cases in a physician-only model
• Maintain in-house presence during scheduled hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM), even if no cases are scheduled until call team arrives
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to hospital protocols
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Available to start January 2026 and commit to a 3-month assignment
• Ability to manage less than 150 cases per month
• Comfortable working without CRNA support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Eligible for emergency privileges through the medical staff office
