- OT/Holidays is paid at 1.5x the gross hourly mixed rate
- 5x8s day shifts: 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Weekends as needed

Requirements:
- Iowa Physical Therapist License or PT Compact License
- BLS certification
- 1+ year recent home health PT experience
